I got the Growbox Komplettset last month. The components, especially the LED Grow Lampe and the Aktivkohlefilter, seem to be of good quality. The tent material feels thick and the zippers are smooth. It eventually showed up, intact, but better tracking would be a plus. The instructions for the Komplettset were clear enough, though. The quality of the tent itself is quite good; the Mylar lining feels robust and the poles are sturdy. Assembly was mostly easy, but one of the corner connectors felt a little tight, making it a bit of a struggle to get the pole fully seated. Once built, it seems very stable. I haven't needed customer support yet, so can't comment there. Overall, a decent purchase, good value for the price of the tent.
